This position will be for a Full Stack developer who will take a key role on our team. Our Full Stack developer must have knowledge in all stages of software development. You'll be working alongside other team members and consulting developers, collaborating on various projects related to ETL and data processing. Some of the primary responsibilities of this role would include owning, tracking and resolving database related incidents and requests daily to ensure service-related issues are identified and resolved, responding to database related alerts and escalations and working to come up with strategic solutions to recurring problems.

- Collaborating with coworkers to facilitate the creation of large, complex developments, as required.
- Reformulating existing code to ensure adherence to stipulated guidelines.
- Checking your code to detect and remedy errors and omissions.
- Testing your outputs to ensure that they are in excellent working order.
- Ensuring that outputs are visually appealing, user-friendly, and engaging.
- Deploying developments and monitoring uptake by the target audience.
- Using clients' feedback to inform the creation of subsequent versions of each development.
- Remaining abreast of coding and technological changes that will impact your work.
**Requirements**:
**Education**
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field
**Experience**:
- 3+ years' experience in ETL and data processing.
- Experience using tools like SQL Server Management Studio to manage database infrastructure and deployments.
- Experience in Performance Tuning and Optimization (PTO), using native monitoring and troubleshooting tools on both SQL Server database engine & SQL queries
- Experience with backups, restores and recovery models.
- Knowledge of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for MSSQL Server
- Develop scripts to perform system maintenance, monitor systems, automate tasks, and implement operational automation
- Fluent with SQL Syntax and possess hands-on, successful experience in doing the work in a SQL Server environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft SSIS, SSAS, SSRS BI components
- Familiarity cloud solutions and database performance and optimization
- Administers all database objects, including tables, clusters, indexes, views and sequences, packages and procedures.
- Collaborate with the rest of the engineering team to design and launch new features and maintain existing functions
