**Amentum** is looking for a Customer Service Representative (SPOC) Role to join our **Operations Team**.
The CSR is a position that will support Amentum operation at our Fortune 500 client and to attend the customer requirements related to findings or needs around site. This position requires a high level of customer service and communication skills.
**Essential Responsibilities**:
- Receive internal calls from different customer to attend reports or requires on site.
- Document and create Work Order on Maximo related with the findings reported.
- Generate a database with the reports and calls.
- Plans, schedules, coordinates, and assigns all frequency and work type related with the customer requirement.
- Supports daily and monthly report preparation.
- Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.
- Attend operation daily meetings and present KPI.
- Attend Void and hold requests related with FOH department, Sourcing and PD.
- WO complete daily report and follow up.
- WO assignment and daily print of documents requires to attend to operation crew.
- Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) closing procedure.
- Perform weekly report of PM to be execute.
- Request access to card reader to internal and external workers.
- Guest registration platform management.
- Perform and attend weekly meetings to close WO.
- Negative feedback WO follow up and attendance.
- Old/Aging backlog report follow up.
- Lockers Management and random audit it.
Additional Information:
- Qualified applicants who are offered a position must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test.
- This position may require some knowledge with CMMS System.
**Minimum Requirements**:
- High School Diploma or demonstrated equivalent and related experience with customer services.
- CCMS Software knowledge and demonstrate experience.
- Power BI and Excel Software knowledge or similar database apps.
- Entrants to this position requires 4 years of experience in customer service.
- B1+ English title or demonstrated experience.
- Microsoft Office Package knowledge and demonstrated experience.
- Soft Skill such as: teamwork, order, timeliness, integrity,
Physical Requirements:
- Some tasks will require repetitive wrist movement.
- Requires the flexibility to bend/stoop, squat, kneel, reach/stretch, and move in a 90-degree fashion during workday.
- Requires ability to read and understand information contained in a variety of documents or displayed on a computer screen.
- Requires ability to use a variety of office equipment and to operate a computer keyboard to access data bases, to send/receive messages and to prepare documents.
- Requires ability to attend meetings throughout the site and potentially travel to other Amentum, customer and/or vendor locations in the area, as well as some air travel to more distant locations.
- Requires the ability to communicate with others on the telephone and in one-on-one or group discussions, meetings, and presentations.
- Demonstrated fluency in computer use including the full Microsoft product line.
- Requires some moving of light to medium weight materials into desks, filing cabinets and other storage locations.
- Requires the ability to interact with all clients in a professional and friendly manner despite periods of stress.
