**About the Role**:
Manage the TRS training system through organizing and coordinating Trainer activities.
**Your Responsibilities Include**:
- Oversee the efficiency of his/her work team, managing resources provided in an efficient, integrated, high quality manner.
- In charge of TRS System Management, promoting regulatory compliance in regard to the training and certification status of all site personnel.
- Coordinate TRS system monitoring and organization activities.
- Organize, along with the Human Resources Department, massive trainings of site personnel.
- Coordinate with other Production Supervisors and Line Leaders the tracking of their activities in TRS and their personnel training/certification responsibility.
- Supervise, guide and provide feedback to Regulatory Training Supervisors and Trainers under his/her supervision.
- In charge of submitting required evidence before Internal and Third-Party Audits regarding Site´s personnel compliance with regulatory training, included in TRS.
**What We're Looking For**:
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related.
- English Level: B2+: (80% - 89%).
- Experience in production and training production.
- Desired knowledge: Microsoft Office.
- At least 5 years of experience in similar position.
