**About the Role**:
In this global role, you will consult with business partners from Global Enterprise Excellence, Global Supply Chain and Global Quality Systems to understand business problems, ensure compliance, and identify opportunities to enhance human performance through training or other solutions.
**Your Responsibilities Include**:
- Manage the end-to-end strategy (needs assessment, design, development, implementation, and effectiveness) for training or other solutions.
Organize and implement the delivery of learning solutions including the sustained forecasting and delivery of programs to meet business needs and any re-training actions necessary.
- Anticipate future training needs based on business requirements and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage the SharePoint and PowerApps based Learning Academy Portal including global implementation, content curation, development and reporting of metrics, and responding to customer queries.
- May lead and/or support negotiations of resources, schedules, contracts and fees for externally developed programs or SharePoint updates.
Work with vendors to provide quality cost-effective solutions as needed.
- Support business partners identify and qualify internal instructors and continually evaluate instructor effectiveness.
- Support communication and change management activities for training implementations.
- May lead, manage, or support the development and use of reports in support of audits, manager accountability, and business partner requirements.
- Create and manage curricula and assignments, including data analysis.
- Measure the effectiveness of learning programs.
May design, implement, or support the development and use of learning assessment methodologies and tools.
- Participate on cross-functional teams to continuously support and improve L&D systems and processes.
**What We're Looking For**:
- 5 years of instructional design and development experience, training consulting
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite, including intermediate Excel and SharePoint site administration skills
- Knowledge of training authoring tools preferred (e.g.
Articulate 360, Brainshark)
- Some knowledge of Quality System regulation knowledge preferred
- BA or BS Degree
- English Level required: 90% - 95%
- Team player, strong communicator and collaborator with attention to detail
- Demonstrate success working in a fast paced, matrix environment
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
