We are looking for someone who will play a crucial role in understanding Western Union customer needs and external partner capabilities to deliver the best-in-class service solution. This is a role focus on getting our strategic partners agent locations back on course when challenges with Western Union products arise and contribute to internal discussions, timeliness and process improvements with both internal and external stakeholders.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Assists multiple Strategic Network partner locations with day-to-day needs related to Western Union products and defined Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Interact with cross-functional teams withing Western Union Regional Operation Centers.
- Track and monitor potential production issues impacting Strategic Networks with Western Union products.
- Assist in creating and maintaining partners support tasks.
- Coordinate with Regional Managers on product deployment initiatives for Strategic Networks
- Ability to interact with Strategic Network partners employees ranging from Front Line Associates to corporate peers.

**Role Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma
- Both English and Spanish communication and presentation skills.
- Proven experience in customer service and stakeholder management (university or academic experience is valid as well).
- Account management knowledge.
- Microsoft Office Suite knowledge and/or experience.
- Ability to answer incoming internal and external inquiries by providing clear and effective responses.
- Ability to read and interpret data reporting and procedural manuals.
- Ability to solve practical problems.
