What you will do As a Sourcing Manager in the Knowledge Services team you will be responsible for executing complex and strategic sourcing projects of categories/sub-categories to include: translating business requirements into clear statements of Work, solicits bids, leads auctions.

Provide necessary information input to enablement groupEngage with internal & external business partners to ensure that decisions are based on the broad scope of the organization and achieve optimum daily executionManage project allocation, support team members during kick off meeting and share best practicesMonitor performance satisfaction, ensuring all SLAs accountable for are met and drive continuous improvement initiatives What you should bring 6-10 yrs.
relevant purchasing or Supply chain experience with strong project management skills & knowledge on Excel, Access, Word; PowerPoint, Outlook, ERP systems knowledge High level of understanding and experience in one or more categoriesStrong skills in financial and quantitative analysisBusiness partnering and Supplier engagementNegotiation strategy development & facilitationKnowledge of contract drafting and negotiationsManaging delivery of junior team (Team of Leads and Analysts)Excellent communication in Spanish and English – written and verbal is a must.
