**Job Summary**
This position provides customized solutions for UPS customers to enhance their transportation systems and generate non-package revenues for Small Package, Freight, and SCS.
He/She analyzes customer requirements and information to determine solutions that will assist in delivering products to their customers more efficiently and develops project scopes to effectively deliver customer solutions.
This position supports Solutions Engagement Resources (SERs) to help grow the customer solutions business and keeps up-to-date on industry trends and technology developments.
**Responsibilities**:
- Seeks clarification on issues and approvals for assignments' modifications to ensure quality deliverables.
- Obtains feedback from customers to ensure solutions meet their needs.
- Keeps Customer Solutions project stakeholders informed of project progress.
- Analyzes data and interprets the results to make recommendations for solutions and evaluates solutions prior to implementation.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
- Experience developing in an Agile SDLC using C#, Visual Studio and Azure DevOps.
- Experience in MS SQL Server database development and analysis
- Experience in data manipulation and transformation
