**Job Summary**
This position provides customized solutions for UPS customers to enhance their transportation systems and generate non-package revenues for Small Package, Freight, and SCS. He/She analyzes customer requirements and information to determine solutions that will assist in delivering products to their customers more efficiently and develops project scopes to effectively deliver customer solutions. This position supports Solutions Engagement Resources (SERs) to help grow the customer solutions business and keeps up-to-date on industry trends and technology developments.

**Responsibilities**:
The successful applicant will have experience in working with internal and external stakeholders to define requirements, develop and test to those requirements, and coordinate steps in the implementation and deployment process.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent in Business, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or a related field - Preferred
- Familiarity with use of Azure DevOps in an Agile SDLC environment.
- Experience in MS SQL Server database development and analysis
- Experience in data manipulation and transformation
