**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**:
- Develops project plans based on customer feedback and assigns tasks to resources to ensure project are completed on time and according to specifications.
- Reviews documents to create work orders outlining solutions to be developed, associated tasks to be performed, and deliverables to be provided.
- Forwards project documents to stakeholders to obtain agreement on costs and resources.
- Identifies and works with all affected groups and functions to manage project impact.
- Researches and evaluates industry trends and best practices.
- Provides support by developing training materials for related groups.
- Reports on project status, field resource activity, and training initiatives.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or International equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Industrial & Systems Engineering, Operations Research, or Logistics/Supply Chain - Preferred
- Experience in database management, Supply Chain Logistics, or network modeling - Preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Experience in database development and analysis - Preferred
- Consulting experience in the Supply Chain industry - Preferred
- Experienced with advanced data analytic tools and Network Optimization Modeling Software
