The **Solutions Support Specialist** will prepare and review invoices, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of billing data, resolving billing issues, and maintaining accurate records.

**What You'll Do**:
- Primary responsibility is the creation, review, and delivery of invoices to customer for maintenance contracts and installation events.
- Coordinates with internal and external resources to meet agreed-to expectations of the customer and TD SYNNEX.
- Identifies and communicates options available for issue resolution, as needed.
- Ensures appropriate information is updated and maintained for the customer and internal teams.
- Performs other additional duties as assigned.
**What We're Looking For**:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Two (2) years of progressive previous work experience in a Sales, customer service, warehouse or product support role working with customers, or a combination of post-high school formal education and job experience that demonstrates the ability to meet all of the identified job responsibilities.
- Proficient in English (level B2 or higher) required.
- Demonstrated verbal and written communications and interpersonal skills sufficient to work in a team environment and effectively interface with internal teams.
- Ability to work with the team on multiple and a variety of tasks.
- Ability to learn and adapt to different customer requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Salesforce experience desired, but not essential.
- Previous customer invoicing experience desired, but not essential.
- Previous back-office experience desired, but not essential.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new ERP systems.
**Other Education / Certifications**:
- College Degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
