**Job Description**:
- Design, code, test, debug, and document simple programs, or scripts and assists in the implementation of software which forms part of a properly engineered information or communications system.
- Perform code review for peer developers in the team.
- Define test conditions for given requirements. Designs test cases and creates test scripts and supporting data, working to the specifications provided. Interpret, execute, and record test cases in accordance with project test plans.
**Qualifications**:
- Good knowledge of one or more programming languages and operating environments such as Java (spring-boot), JavaScript & ReactJS (desired), MongoDB
- Good knowledge of software engineering such as testing, source control (Git), and agile planning.
- Good oral and written communication skills for effective dialogue with suppliers and partners.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good organizational skills.
- Knowledge in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Knowledge and defining deployment pipelines using Bamboo and Octopus or similar.
- Knowledge related to Health terminology (desired)
- Knowledge using Tableau reporting tool (desired)
