**About the Role**

At Encora we are looking for a great talent like you to join our team as the next **Software Engineer **(7101)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Write and optimize PostgreSQL data queries
- Validate, test, deploy, and maintain L2L's Dispatch software
- Work with cross-functional roles to ensure software meets business requirements
- Collaborate daily with a team of software engineers
- Excellent communication in written and verbal forms

**Must Haves**:

- 3+ years of experience in software engineering
- Experience with Python and a web framework such as Django (or ASP.NET, Rails, etc.)
- Experience with web development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/Typescript
- Experience with a modern front-end framework (Vue, React, Angular)
- Experience with Postgres, MySql, or MS Sql queries, tuning, design
- Open to collaborative engineering methods (pairing/mobbing)
- Advanced English Level (B2+ as minimum)

**Nice To Haves**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
- Practical experience with test-driven development (TDD)
- Extensive experience with collaborative engineering methods (pairing/mobbing)
