ROLE SUMMARY

The Segregation of Duties (SoD) & Critical Access Analyst will be responsible for timely review and execution of all SoD and Critical access controls within their assigned business processes.
They will Partner with the respective Global Process Owners, GBS RM&C, Digital and regional business colleagues regarding Segregation of Duties risks and Emergency access management controls and procedures.
The analyst will be responsible for collaboration with all organizational functions to ensure Pfizer meets Internal controls over financial responsibilities.
This position will be part of the GBS Global Security Governance team supporting a diverse global user base across multiple business organizations and regions.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process owner of SoD Mitigating controls and Security controls related to the assigned Business Process.
- Review the assigned business process SoD mitigating control reports by collaborating with site-based colleagues.
- Review and action on certain end user system access requests
- Work with various Digital teams to drive security projects including security role changes, SOD rule set changes, security controls, and programming changes.
- Submit SAP change requests for critical access changes and work with Digital to implement
- Submit change requests to SAP Security for risk (SOD Rule set) changes and additions and work with BT to implement changes
- Work with Global Process Owners to drive security control requirements including security role restrictions, SoD Rule Set definitions, and privacy requirements.
- Ensure system security is in compliance with Pfizer policies and procedures as related to normal business use.
- Responsible to monitor, triage and action on Security control issues
- Support audit reviews and collaborate with auditors on data requests.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- BA/BS Required
- 5+ years of technical or business experience.
- End to End process knowledge in at least one of the following process areas: Order to Cash, Procure to pay, Record to Report, Manufacturing Distribution and Supply Chain.
- Ability to work in a global environment at all levels of the organizations
- Ability to influence others without express authority
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to integrate across multiple and varied business areas
- Organizational skills to deal with multi-tasking
- Fluent English (both - speaking and in writing)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- SAP GRC Access Control and Process Control knowledge.
- Experience working with Audit
- IT background or related education preferred.
