**THE ROLE**

We are looking for a Social Media Outreach Specialist to help us reach & engage with new customers.
You will spend most of your day engaging with and providing value to Customers on the Instagram platform.
This is a full-time position for around 40 hours per week.
**Some specific responsibilities include**:

- Proactively reach out to potential Customers via Instagram
- Engage with Customers on Instagram & capture their details
- Analysing & Split Testing the success of different scripts
- Keeping key stakeholders informed on the status of Customer Outreach

**What you bring to the table**:
You must be a high-performer, & comfortable working in a performance driven role:

- A GREAT conversationalist - fluent in English & ability to hold a conversation in perfect American English.
- Ability to engage with Customers in a personable way - not just following scripts
- Ability to hit outreach targets including minimum customer engagements
- Ability to work with mínimal oversight
- ADDED BONUS - if you have experience of creating content & posting on Instagram

**Work Schedule**
- This is a virtual job, working USA hours
- You will need to be available for weekly meetings that are 30-90 minutes long.

**Salary**: ¢3,627.30 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- San José, Provincia de San José: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
