Project Details: The project involves designing, executing, and optimizing paid social advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities: Develop visually appealing ads, including images, videos, and carousel formats tailored to platform-specific audiences.
Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective formats, such as stories, feed ads, and lead generation forms.
Structure and manage campaigns on platforms like Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads.
Implement tracking pixels to measure conversions and user behavior, ensuring accurate data collection.
Set up and optimize lead ads, integrating them with CRM systems to facilitate effective follow-up processes.
Optimize bidding strategies to minimize cost-per-click (CPC) and cost-per-conversion while maximizing ROI.
Create and refine lookalike audiences and remarketing lists for targeted campaigns.
Generate detailed performance reports and continuously optimize campaigns based on key metrics.
Requirements: 2+ years of experience in managing paid social advertising campaigns, including Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads.
Expertise in ad content creation and A/B testing methodologies.
Strong knowledge of pixel implementation and conversion tracking tools.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and make data-driven decisions.
Experience in CRM integrations and lead generation campaign management.
