**Training Support (SME) BMA**

**OVERVIEW**:
Training support task was created to ensure, and support given to New Hires to improve the learning curve and develop support and coaching material to help people improve and stabilize individual al team metrics. All associates must be clear that this is not a promotion but is considered this task; all DAs performing this task will receive a payment bonus reflected in their paycheck. Their metrics must be on target but ideal exceeding expectations.

**RESPONSABILITIES**:

- Training Support (SMEs) are expected to work on production (labeling, QC or Auditing flights), within their production time. According to the previously assigned task, 40% of the daily scheduled work time performing Labeling, Qc or Audit. If the SME workload balance (SME duties) allows to work on production being their priority: Coaching and quality
- Support given to New Hires to improve the learning curve.
- SMEs are also expected to perform support tasks such as floor support, coaching, mentoring, Gemba, and others.
- Support the Manager to meet business metrics and goals, e.g., Output, Quality, AHT, Efficiency, NPT, etc.
- Ensure all the BMA associates are well versed with the latest process updates & bridge the knowledge gaps within the team.
- Reports the anomalies noted/ received, in coaching or training sessions, and communicate trends to Manager.
- Develop entry level knowledge of MS Excel based tools, familiarity with Excel spreadsheets and ability to navigate and interpret data.
- Actively participates in calibration meetings and process improvement meetings/events.
- Understand performance metrics and process requirements to drive business results in live environment.
- Meets predetermined and assigned productivity targets and quality standards with aggressive deadlines.
- Understands and adheres to SOPs and other client's policies.
- Contributes to process improvements to reduce handling time, improving the quality of work and shall also
- contribute to improve the software tool that he/she shall be using.
- Passion for process knowledge, accuracy, speed, and efficiency.
- Show proactive behavior in addressing issues and problems.
- Possess excellent communication (both verbal and written), organizational skills and is very detailed-oriented.
- Is comfortable working in a fast paced, highly collaborative, dynamic work environment.
- Demonstrates willingness to support several projects at one time, and to accept re-prioritization as necessary.
- Understands the organization business needs and quickly adapts to different changes.

**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 6+ months of BMA tenure since latest hire date.
- Experience in peer coaching, mentoring, and/or training.
- Experience with MS Office tools.
- Intermediate/advanced English proficiency (B2+ level).
- Exceptional performance in the last 6 weeks.
- University Bachelor's degree in progress or concluded.
