Be Bayer**.**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- Control operating budget for production sites in maintenance, engineering, production and all technical functions, including monitoring, KPI Analyses, reporting of Business Drivers.- Manage the analysis, controlling, budgeting, forecasting and reporting of the Heredia and Alajuela plants within the relevant Product Supply systems.- KPIs Tracking Key: Operative Expenses, FTEs, Product Costs, Special Product Costs lines in Bayer Profit & Loss statement, e.g. Startup & Downtime Costs, Volume Variances, Process order variances, Other Cost Center Variances and other relevant P&L lines.- Participate as a member of the sites management team in the execution of the operational planning process as well as the development and execution of business strategy, objectives and policies.- Support operational projects as assigned through developing timelines, business cases, resources, budget and implementation plans.- Develop and Implement Innovation initiatives as well as automations solutions to increase productivity and reduce OpEx.- Fully integrate and link the financial and controlling systems & processes of the site to all relevant Bayer Group processes, aligning them with Bayer corporate guidelines and procedures.- Ensure transparent, comparable, solid and consistent product cost information of Product Costs in internal/external comparisons.- Drive Continuous improvement initiatives (Product Supply System) to build a sustainable culture of excellence to gain efficiency and maximize the available resources.**WHO YOU ARE**- University degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent studies.- At least 5 years of experience in a multinational company in similar positions (controlling, accounting, finance), with a proven track record in reporting.- Advanced English level, both written and spoken.- Advanced Excel.- SAP knowledge and experience - data.one H2R, Tableau is a plus.- High degree of interpersonal skills and ability to work with a diverse set of stakeholders, to resolve conflicts in a constructive spirit, and to communicate requirements and results to project contributors effectively.- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.- Ability to multi task in a fast paced work environment and to self direct, as required.- Ability to accurately complete documentation of work performed.- Ability to be flexible in changing daily workload priorities as directed.- Ability to work in a team environment, to build relationships and partnerships within the organization.- Ability to lead projects of high complexity with limited to no direction.**Application Period**:- 03/20/2023 - 04/03/2023**Reference Code**:- 788845**Division**:- Pharmaceuticals**Location**:- Costa Rica : Heredia : Heredia**Functional Area**:- Finance & Tax**Work Time**:- Full time**Employment Type**:- Regular**Contact Us****Address****E-Mail**- Heredia, Costa Rica
