The Software Renewals team is looking for a Single Seat Software Renewals Specialist.We are currently seeking a highly motivated Renewal Specialist to join our team in the Sales Department.
As a SW Renewals Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers continue to benefit from our services by proactively engaging with them, encouraging renewals, and finding opportunities for service expansion.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to directly drive customer success and contribute to revenue generation for NI.
While previous sales experience and an engineering/technical degree are advantageous, they are not mandatory.

In this role, your responsibilities will be: Drive service renewals through effective phone and email interactions with customers.
Implement a strategic approach to improve customer engagement and renewal rates.
Respond to inbound requests promptly and expertly.
Identify sales expansion opportunities, such as multi-year renewals and valuable agreements.
Document all activities using SFDC and Oracle systems and collaborate with sales teams.
Provide constructive feedback on processes and areas for improvement.
Maintain and grow our Software Services agreements pipeline.
Ensure end-to-end process efficiency and accuracy in orders/quotes and contract management, using NI systems to support internal and external customers.
Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, offering support and value in revenue generation conversations with customers.
Assist external and internal customers with order status, contract management, SW services troubleshooting, and other SW Services inquiries.
Develop solid understanding of SW services and technical aspects to promptly address customer inquiries.
Engage customers using NI SW renewals strategy, leveraging calls and emails to ensure timely renewals and uninterrupted entitlements.
Foster effective communication and collaboration with multiple NI departments and groups to ensure customer success (Agreements, Account Executives, EA Marketing, Sales, EA Training Support, and Customers).
