As **Shopper Development Jr Manager for Walmart **in **Costa Rica** you will be the guide, advisor and developer of the vital tools that contain the best quality of information available from Walmart That allows the most advanced analysis to bring together opportunities for the different categories that lead us to grow above the market and achieve our company's internal goals!
**What you will do**
- Management of all the information of Retail Link, Dichter & Neira, Scanning, Tableau, Nielsen, Business Intelligence, SAP for the Walmart Regional team, data analysis for decision making that improve the category performance
- Supervise and analyze the 5 Ps of marketing (Product, Price, Placement, Promotion and POP) for the categories and products of sale of the environments of purchase and make recommendations of the action plans, working together with Key Customer Development Managers of Walmart
- Analyze the coverage of exhibitions and ensure compliance with the execution as negotiated based on In-store tracking
- Monitor compliance of the Promotional WM Process (PTC) agreed with customer
- Provide support and plans with activities to accelerate Sell out of all of our categories to Regional and local teams
- Build analysis to support for internal presentations: Commercial Meeting, Mid Year Review, Budget review etc
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related
- At least 2 years of experience in commercial area working with clients and brands in consumer goods companies (experience working with Walmart is preferred and is a plus)
- At least 2 years of experience in data analysis
- Management of BI, RSI, Retail Link, SAP, Tableau and Google Workspace
- High planning and priority setting skills
- Previous experience as an executive, category manager or local shopper development manager of any channel
- Advanced English level
