**Shop Floor Controller**:
**Heredia** | **Full-time** | **Unlimited***
**Your tasks**:
- Summary of Key responsibilities
- Boundaries of responsibilities and interaction with others
- SAP daily operations
- Check materials availability, release production orders and make sure the order related bookings in SAP are done properly and in time
- Monitor the production process and address any problems immediately
- Review the SAP Bookings, make sure they happen on time
- Close production orders successfully in SAP once finished
- Clear wrong bookings (e.g.
COGI) frequently and keep SAP data up to date
- Shop floor daily tasks
- Collaborate with master data management team whenever wrong / missing data is detected on production relevant papers
- Oversee materials supply process, interact with logistics in case of materials stuck in process communicated frequently with production planning
- Report delivery delays immediately via the delay list
- Manage and coordinate escalation and/or express orders with the different work cells
- Various additional tasks
- Contribute on projects within the manufacturing area
- Supporting continuous process improvement
- Create various management reports (e.g.
efficiency report, on time delivery of production orders etc.)
- Review of performance issues (e.g.
"on time delivery" of production orders)
- Define and implement tasks to improve the performance together with the supervising manager
- Employee open to further training according to personal and task specific needs
- Conduct training of other employees in regards of specific SFC tasks
- All other relevant duties as assigned**Your profile**:
- Education:
- Industrial Engineer or equivalent
- **Experience**:
- 1-3 years of industry related experience / work experience in an industrial production environment
- Skills/Knowledge:
- Effective written and oral English communication required
- Demonstrated SAP knowledge (Manufacturing and Logistics area)
- Knowledge of SAP ERP Manufacturing and logistics processes
- Able to work with priorities in a dynamic work environment
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Proactive and strong communication skills
- Accurate and exact attitude to work
- Well-founded IT skills (focus on Excel, Word, Outlook and SAP)
- Personal Qualifications:
- Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work in a teamwork setting
- Ability to analyze, prioritize and plan
- Ability to work cross functionally
- Hands-on and problem solving nature
