**MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE**
Summarize the main purpose of the role. Kitting and dispatch process as per production planning requirements. Receives incoming materials. Dispatches components to production floor. Prepare finish good shipments and miscellaneous shipments. Execute inventory transactions in SAP. Assist in all material and container movement between main plant and other site selected as per company needs. Any other activity related with material logistic movements and process. Perform cycle count process. Support to other Supply Chain areas. Control and movements of hazardous material.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Prepares work order kitting based on work order production planning process.
- Movement of material and container between main or other site selected as per company needs.
- Prepares finish good shipment and miscellaneous shipment based on shipment schedules.
- Dispatches components to production floor when needed.
- Execute inventory transactions in SAP for the transfer and adjustment of inventory.
- Receiving of incoming raw material, chemical and miscellaneous material.
- Perform cycle count process.
- Maintain cycle count results over 100% on finish goods inventory.
- Multi product sterile load shipping and receiving.
- Communicates results progress, accomplishments and or gaps on a frequent basis both Internally and externall.
- Other activities related to material logistic movements and processes as assigned.
- Ensure warehouse is accessible and safe for people traffic and efficiency.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Education**
High School Degree required.
**Experience/Background**
2 years of previous warehouse experience.
**Experience Details**
- Have good aptitude, good vision, and capable of accurately utilizing detailed measurement instruments such as a scale.
- Must have the capacity to calculate, coordinate, detect, evaluate, and collect detailed information.
- Must be able to follow written procedures.
- Experience with hydraulic jacks, digital scales, and other warehouse equipment required.
- Knowledge of and previous experience in SAP.
- Category B1 and D3 license required. Language Proficiency
- English basic preferred. Preferred Qualifications & Education
- Previous experience (2-3 years) in a warehouse role in a medical device or pharmaceutical company.
- Prior knowledge of CGMP and ISO regulations.
