HP is accelerating on Services, with now a dedicated business unit. Our organization (Managed Delivery Services) is the powerhouse behind these services.
Our team (PC Services Delivery Capability team) plays a key role in the design of these services with the Business Unit, and we are responsible of developing and optimizing how they are delivered. These are the services sold to our Device-As-A-Service/DaaS (PC) and Managed Print customers. **We are basically the "R&D of services".**

**_ Responsibilities: _**
- The Service Delivery Project Manager is responsible for developing HP's refurbishing capabilities, allowing us to propose multiple new services to customers.
- Propose circular economy solutions with "like new" PCs and Printers to large companies.
- Help enterprises in collect PCs from leaving employees, restore and redeploy them.
- Offer ways to restore 4-year-old PCs to extend their life, reduce carbon footprint and cost.
- She/he leads the development of **service concepts, blueprints, customer journeys and other service design artefacts.** She/he is responsible for identifying, designing, implementing, and improving ITIL based **delivery processes** for this capability.
- As such, she/he frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods. She/he works with our different operations organizations to make it happen.
**_ Education and Experience Required: _**
- Engineering or Master degree
- Service background:
- ITIL certified.
- Experience in IT workplace services: fleet mgt, hardware, software, break-fix/maintenance
- Experience in service design, alternatively service management, or service operations, service optimization
- Elevating data for use in driving decision making.
- Project management
- PMP certification welcomed.
- 5+ years in project management roles
- Cross-functional and multi-country working experience.
