**Responsibilities**:
**Project Planning and Execution**:
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, timelines, and resource allocation.

Lead project kick-off meetings, establish project governance, and define roles and responsibilities.

Drive project execution according to established plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget.

**Stakeholder Management**:
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and expectations.

Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project objectives.

**Team Leadership**:
Lead cross-functional teams consisting of technical specialists, developers, and business analysts.

Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering collaboration and accountability.

Motivate team members to achieve project milestones and deliverables.

**ServiceNow Implementation and Optimization**:
Oversee the implementation of ServiceNow solutions, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Business Management (ITBM).

Collaborate with technical teams to configure and customize ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements.

Optimize existing ServiceNow implementations to improve efficiency, scalability, and user experience.

**Microsoft Tools Integration**:
Manage the integration of Microsoft tools such as Azure DevOps, SharePoint, and Teams with existing IT systems and processes.

Ensure seamless interoperability between ServiceNow and Microsoft tools to enhance productivity and collaboration.

Implement best practices for utilizing Microsoft tools within the organization.

**Quality Assurance and Risk Management**:
Conduct regular quality assurance reviews to assess project deliverables and identify areas for improvement.

Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.

Monitor project performance metrics and KPIs to track progress and identify deviations from plan.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification preferred.

Proven experience managing technical projects, specifically related to ServiceNow and Microsoft tools.

In-depth understanding of IT service management processes and best practices.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.

Familiarity with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework is desirable.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
