The primary objectives of this position are supporting internal stakeholders troubleshooting issues, providing training, and fulfilling requests all while maintaining a high level of service, collaboration, and promoting continuous improvement. This person will also work on upgrades, deployments, security finding/vulnerability remediation, project planning and governance of sub-production environments.**What you get to do in this role**:- Develops procedures and scripts for monitoring and automation of manual processes.- Engage with product engineering and support teams to troubleshoot issues and any planned activities- Maintain system documentation for configuration and troubleshooting of known issues.- Develop and share best practices for Admin operations and enhancements based on lessons learned- Participate in activities outside of core hours and on weekends when required including participating in on-call coverage for the team.**Qualifications** Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with 3+ years of IT industry experience.- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.- Ability to multi-task and manage expectations in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.- ServiceNow platform administration experience preferred.- Experience supporting/administering other enterprise platforms and technologies is an advantage.- Good knowledge of JavaScript libraries, Web services, SOAP, Java, SQL, and LINUX- Good understanding of ITIL framework or experience working in an ITIL-based environment**Additional Information**ServiceNow is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
