To excel in this role, you'll utilize your recruiting skills to research and network with passive candidates, be a creative problem-solver and establish positive relationships with hiring managers and executives. It's a senior-level role on a fun and cohesive team where new ideas and are strongly supported.The Job…Act as the single point of contact to the customer for all types of service request.Pre-process service request as they arrived, through email, phone, or chat.Categorize and route service tickets for technical support staff.Resolution of technical service tickets.Communication with the customers (Care, Technology, PX, Sales, etc.) as required.Generation of reports about the utilization of technical support resources and successful completion of service requests to the Service Desk Manager.Escalate service requests that need special service levels.You…Updated resume6 Months with excellent metrics. (exceed)Flexibility to work during weekends (must).Manager's approval.No disciplinary actions.Bachelor's degree.Technical experience (nice to have)Current studies related to IT (nice to have)B2+ English level.
