Senior Ux Designer

We are looking for a Sr. Ux DesignerRequirements: Fluent-Advanced EnglishKnowledge in:- Ability to simplify and unify complex information into intuitive interactions, flows, charts, graphs, and other forms of visual representation.- Assist in identifying design problems and devising solutions that help users get their work done faster and intuitively.- Proven experience delivering design specs for web-based products across multiple platforms (desktop, laptop, mobile).- Experience creating human-centered design artifacts such as personas, use cases, site maps, flow diagrams, wireframes, interactive prototypes and final user interface documentation.- Experience applying/improving an existing design system, to maintain consistency in behaviors and appearance across multiple products.- Advanced Figma prototyping skills required. Expertise with other design tools such as Axure, HTML, CSS preferred.- Experience working with product managers to help clarify and refine product requirements.- Experience working with developers to make sure interactions and visual designs are implemented correctly or adjusted in ways that still comply with standards.- Proactive and clear communication skills.- Agile/lean product development team experience preferred.
