**Show the world what you can do.**We're looking for an inspired, motivated, and experienced Senior User Interface Designer to join a creative, collaborative environment focused on delivering top-notch digital experiences for highly recognizable international brands.**In this role, you will**- Design solutions that meet or exceed strategic objectives in a highly collaborative environment.- Creates UI components and design systems, storyboards, mood boards, initial visual concepts, design layouts, functional design solutions, site grids.- Leads visual and UI design projects with minimum Design Lead support.- Understands, analyses, and responds to client briefs and requests.- Works closely with development teams to ensure that design specifications are implemented.- Provides reliable quality assurance on all creative deliverables. Anticipates issues and flags situations that might impact quality or delivery success.- Actively participates in strategic brainstorming, design thinking and collaboration sessions, and creative brief.- Thinks creatively and justifies concepts to clients and team members.- Understands and applies the design thinking cycle to projects when is appropriate.- Balances strategic development with client objectives.- Builds and maintains a rapport with team members, project managers, and other disciplines' key team members.- Stays up to date with recent design trends and new technologies.- Drives design inspiration and learning among team members.**What are we looking for? Besides a great attitude,****You should have**:- Advanced English Proficiency (**B2+** reading, writing, and conversation)- 4+ yrs. experience in advertising agencies, digital agencies, design agencies, and startups.- Strong design portfolio, including pieces for international clients.- **Experience** **in Website UI Design**, preferably for international clients and global brands.- Solid understanding of interactivity and animation principles and best practices.- Extensive knowledge of design systems, visual design principles, and design trends.- Solid understanding of UX principles, trends, and theory.- Extensive experience with the latest design and prototyping tools used in UI. These tools include (but are not limited to)**:Figma**,** Sketch **and Adobe XD.- Understanding productivity and remote collaboration tools: MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Jira, Trello, Slack, Zoom, Acrobat, Drive, Box, Paper, Evernote.- Extensive knowledge of design systems frameworks such as Material Design and Human Interface Guidelines.- Understanding of CMS and frameworks such as Bootstrap, Foundation, WordPress, AEM, or others**It's a plus if you have**:- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design Advertising Design or related field or equivalent experience in advertising and/or digital agencies or startups.- Experience with Illustration.- Previous experience in Agile project methodologies- Background in Front End Development (HTML/CSS/Javascript)- Any certification, course, or training on UX, UI, visual design, design systems, and/or design thinking.**Competencies to be successful in this role**:- Attention to detail- Nimble learning- Manages complexity- Drives results- Communicates effectively- Fast Learner
