**Role Responsibilities**
- Introduce new sourcing methods to achieve results is essential, as is a delivery-focused attitude towards defined recruiting and talent acquisition KPIs to include diversity attraction strategies.
- Partner with Hiring Managers and other employees' communities that belong to Technology groups mainly.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled, review job descriptions for vacancies.
- Assist with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions for selected positions.
- Draft recruitment advertisements: posts and/or places ads in the most effective digital and/or print media for open positions.
- Select one or more placement agencies to assist with the recruitment process.
- Manage, design and implement tech recruitment strategies, including Job Fairs, or other Career events that could fulfill Talent needs for Costa Rica's operations center.
- History of managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships.

- Ensure messaging aligns to strengthen our brand.
- Ensure all Talent Acquisition processes are in compliance with employment laws in recruiting activities.
**Role Requirements**
- Education or equivalent skills are required, with at least four (4) years of related experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources or Technology fields.
- Ability to work individually, or collaborate with others in a global, fast-paced environment, dealing with ambiguity, making quick decisions, and managing tight timelines.
- Working knowledge of Workday or any other similar ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Strong skills working with MSOffice: Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point.
- High English proficiency C1+ to communicate across a broad spectrum of stakeholders.
