Workday Tax Department is seeking a senior tax analyst to join a collaborative and growing team. This position will report to the M&A and Tax Planning director.**Responsibilities**:- Support implementation of post-acquisition integration step plans.- Assist to build comprehensive integration project plan, which includes all tax workstreams and functional tasks to achieve integration milestones, managing the day-to-day integration efforts.- Assist with corporate restructuring projects.- Handle issues that require triage and solutioning with an escalation path appropriate to the issue and project prioritization.- Coordinate with other tax workstream leads to ensure proper tax reporting.- Support development of tax models to analyze the impact of tax strategies, changes in tax laws and potential transactions.- Support various tax forecasting projects.- Run tax models periodically to identify tax planning opportunities.- Identify and support process improvements to increase overall efficiency.- Support tax department's roadmap projects.- Ad hoc project support for other tax workstreams.¡Estamos contratando!
