**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for full life cycle recruiting activities, e.g.: needs analysis, sourcing, interviewing, negotiating salary etc.
- Work closely with local HR managers in the Business Groups
- Meet with hiring manager to conduct recruitment assessment, and advise them on how to attract the right talent
- Develop and implement creative approaches to locate both active and passive talent
- Work within Workday Recruiting for pipeline management, sourcing and job requisition management
- Proactively look to align Talent Acquisition to the overarching strategic goals of Freudenberg and continuously develop it further with fresh ideas and new trends
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in relevant field
- 5+ years of IT and non-technical recruiting professional experience as a recruiting expert in external recruiting agencies or in-house recruitment
- Profound experience in active sourcing
- Relevant certifications and training
- Fluent professional-level English and language skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in exchange with different target groups and hierarchical levels
- Professional appearance, assertiveness and a high level of teamwork
- Proactive and independent way of working
- Sensitive and discreet handling of personnel matters
- Confidence in engaging proactively with talents and building external and internal networks
- Experience in managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and stakeholders
- Intercultural communication skills and operating in a global environment
- Communication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.

Travel Requirements: Estimated travel 10%-15%.
