Experian Automotive is looking for a highly motivated Senior Tableau/BI-Data Analyst that can thrive in fast paced agile environment. You will be part of agile development team(s) that deliver a diverse product portfolio. You will work closely with product managers, scrum master, developers, and sales to manage deliverables that align with organization's strategy. We also seek a person with vast knowledge of BI platforms and data modelling technology and to champion the innovation required for the growth of the business.
**Primary Responsibilities include**:
- Develop, deploy, and maintain BI tools and interfaces utilizing our existing Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) and BI platform (Tableau), transforming data into valuable business insights.
- Partner with product management & customer deliverable teams to build shared goals.
- Move fluidly from the big picture to details and deliver scalable and secure solutions.
- A business minds. Ability to find relationships between data and outcomes and what actions can feasibly be taken to drive improved results.
- Play an integral role in making sure that software products are developed in accordance with company's risk, security, and architecture guidelines.
- Assess existing solutions and identify opportunities for automation and upgrading technology platform.
- Work effectively with members of cross-functional product development teams including Product Managers, Architects, Scrum master's and Analysts on various sized projects and initiatives.
**Qualifications**:
**What your background looks like**:
- B.S. degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of overall technology experience
- Proven experience as a BI developer preferably **Tableau**:
- Experience with modern technology stack in the areas of Cloud (AWS preferred).
- Experience working with CI/CD pipeline and bitbucket/github repository.
- AWS certification preferred.
- Background in data warehouse design (e.g., dimensional modeling) and data mining.
- In-depth understanding and experience of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP) and ETL framework.
- Proven experience using big data modeling tool (Python, R etc.)
- Knowledge of advanced statistical modelling techniques, machine learning techniques and concept preferred.
