Our team is looking for an experienced System Support Specialist.
You will be responsible for the 2nd level support of the virtualization platform and infrastructure operations that underpin the delivery of business solutions.
**Your work**:
- Drive continuous infrastructure optimization/automation from the technical side
- Provide proactive and reactive support for Production services, supporting production and non-production systems running in ITS within the specified area of responsibility
- Documenting best practices and adhering to formal standards and processes as currently laid down
- Assessing, developing and implementing the infrastructure and server builds
- Gathering, assessing, and communicating critical information on a timely basis, by interacting with a broad set of teams
- Obtaining timely information from a variety of stakeholders
- Maintaining and helping further development of appropriate cost models to reflect changes in technology and provide key input to the overall Charging Model
- Assist with execution of Release to Production activities, acting as Internal Quality Gate
- Manages internal projects focused on hardware infrastructure and process improvement with related activities such as project planning, resource planning and reporting
- Participate in a recovery manager role, including weekends
**You should have**:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of working experience in administration and support of Microsoft Teams, O365 components or Voice services
- PowerShell skills
- Basic Network knowledge
