Senior Supervisor

Support Services Group is looking for a **Senior Supervisor**, you will be responsible to prepare the service quality plan, manage Outbound Sales team, ensure process compliances, team KPI's Compliances with the objective to achieve the company goals.
**Responsibilities**:
Responsible for the correct production floor development of one of the most important clients of the company.
Building, developing, and guiding high-performing teams.
Analyze and maintain all Client Service Level Agreements.
Proactiveness and execution of strategies to achieve team goals.
Developing and maintaining excellent knowledge and understanding of the account business, competitors, and industry.
Retaining agents and building strong relationships.
Understanding company needs.
Communicating and coordinating with internal teams to meet company goals.
Supporting your agents to improve their performance and reach targets.

Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated focus on customer value.
Creative and inventive problem solver - delivering innovation for both product experiences and team leadership.
Outstanding collaboration and partnership skills, with proven ability to drive results across teams.
Intermediate-Advanced level of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
Advanced written and spoken Spanish and English language.
