As a **Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager** within Citi's Global Sourcing (CGS) function, you will become a member of a high-performing team that identifies and leads complex, cross-functional strategic sourcing and contracting initiatives supporting **Citi's Institutional Clients Group (ICG)**.

Expense categories of product and services the Sr. Sourcing Manager will support include but are not limited to **IT Professional Services, Outsourced Services, Software, Banking Operations and Financial Services, and FinTech**.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Oversee sourcing and supply base strategy, develop standards, targets, and category strategies as well as coordinate the sourcing process for various products and services.
- Lead global category and supplier management forums, building and fostering the development of a cohesive, high-performing global sourcing team.
- Develop and /or implement market analyses / benchmarking processes and strategic supplier management programs.
Perform financial modeling and lead the development and execution of negotiation strategies for high-value and complex multi-year deals, including demand scenario modeling, P&L impact analysis.
- Meet audit requirements ensuring adherence to Citi processes, guidelines, and procedures to mitigate risk and ensure control standards are met.
- Establish strong relationships with internal business stakeholders.
Own the proactive relationship management of key stakeholders and clients to develop and execute global sourcing strategies.
Build a strong understanding of the strategic business direction, requirements, and priorities across assigned suppliers and / or spend categories.
- Act as a trusted partner and take a consultative approach to enhancing critical relationships with internal stakeholders.
Seek, analyze, and support opportunities to drive change, as well as add value to the business and its customers.
- Develop, lead and/or manage a robust portfolio of sourcing initiatives across the end-to-end sourcing and contracting process.
Set strategic direction with suppliers, establish supplier qualification criteria and model total cost of ownership.
Lead the development and execution of negotiation strategies optimizing the overall value including financial outcomes, service levels and risk mitigation.
- Manage all deliverables to an established timeline, service delivery level, and savings target.
Drive diverse spend.
Lead cross functional teams in developing and executing sourcing projects, supplier management strategies, and complex contract negotiations
- Manage key supplier relationships with a focus on quality, service, delivery, risk, and costs.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding for Citi's policies and procedures related to supplier selection, contracting and ongoing management, ensuring all requirements are met and documented throughout the end-to-end process.
- Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
**Qualifications**:
- 10+ years of previous Sourcing, Contracting and / or Business-related experience; Significant experience in the sourcing of relevant products and services is a plus.
- Advanced English level
- Certified Purchase Professional such as CPM or CIPS preferred
- Experience working in a large, global, highly matrixed organization
- Financial Services industry experience is a plus
- Demonstrated strategic sourcing/procurement, stakeholder management, relationship management, and influencing skills
- Proven track record of leading large, complex sourcing and / or contracting initiatives
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and time-management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong financial modeling and deal structuring skills; Ability to create executive summaries to inform management.

**Education**:
