We're looking for an individual to provide planning and execution support for paid social media campaigns across the London Stock Exchange Group and its subsidiaries.
Reporting into the Senior Manager, Paid Social Media, as part of a global centre of excellence that is also responsible for strategic experience, organic publishing, community management and reporting within the newly established Digital Transformation division, part of Marketing, within the Corporate Affairs & Marketing function.
You will work to assess, strategize, and use your expertise to consult on the best method and approach for the campaigns in line with the division's strategic objectives,

You will be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a highly matrixed organization with attention to detail, tenacity, and a focus on results, working patiently with cross-organizational teams.

Knowledge & skills- Full understanding of social media platform functionalities and their respective campaign management interfaces.- Significant stakeholder collaboration with excellent communication and influencing skills.- Ability to handle multiple active campaign lines and keep on top of ongoing optimisation to achieve campaign goals.- Management of multiple large-scale budgets involving multiple business areas and stakeholder requirements.- Strong planning and organisation skills.- Understanding social-first creative development and methods.- Using campaign data insights to inform and refine activities.- Paid Social media guidance and training for teams.- Proactive and resourceful, eager to learn and think laterally.- Knowledge of working to a test & learn or A/B test approach.- Proficient understanding of customer targeting and segmentation.- Experience running Paid Social ads including (but not limited to) LinkedIn/Instagram/YouTube.- Self-motivated and self-sufficient.- Able to communicate positively and influence improvement.
Responsible for supervising the full cycle campaigns from planning media, campaigns, audience set up and optimisation through to performance evaluation.
As a social media specialist, you're a go-to person for teams and will be expected to keep the wider department up to date with the latest successes, findings as well as the latest social ad trends, targeting and creative formats, always looking to innovate our approach and share knowledge across the wider team.
Key responsibilities- Day to day implementation, analysis, and optimisation of multiple campaigns to include reporting of results throughout the business.- Analyse performance data and optimise campaigns to increase ROI.- Develop strategic media and measurement plans across supported media platforms based on stakeholders' objectives and KPIs.- Based on brief, be able to strategize and offer balanced direction for best type of social execution tactic- Use knowledge of social media formatting to rework, optimise and improve briefed adverts.- Understand how to assess metrics & incorporate them optimally into a campaign strategy.- Work collaboratively with our internal teams to ensure maximum cross channel efficiencies.- Campaign and regional budget management; planning and forecast of spend to ensure correct use of funds in a timely manner.- Report on data and create actionable insights for reporting back to the business, and team.- Proactively identify engagement opportunities for tactical accounts in region to maximize reach and accelerate user engagement.- Proactively coordinate with all teams to identify best practices, provide innovative ideas and insights to promote concept of paid social throughout the company.
