**Job Description**:
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Marketing Operations, this new role will support the growing operational and analytical needs of Experian's Integrated Marketing team.
We are seeking a Senior Specialist who is passionate about driving results through process efficiency, data analytics and insights.
The role requires an analytical and strategic thinker with a big picture mindset, a person who can consolidate results, analyze the data, glean insights and drive positive change.
- Tactical, continuous measurement and analysis of Integrated Marketing team performance (attribution, channels, verticals, funnel, pipeline, KPIs) - providing actionable insights to respective team leads
- Prepare monthly and quarterly marketing reports, pulling data from multiple sources and compiling into digestible, visual presentations to share with the team and senior leadership
- Monitor lead scoring effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement
- Monitor marketing funnel conversion rates on a monthly basis; highlight significant increases or decreases and make recommendations for improvement when necessary
- Assist segmentation analyst in building target lists for both outbound and inbound campaigns
- Active liaison between Business Development, Demand Gen, Website, Content, Events and Vertical teams to ensure all marketing efforts are tagged appropriately and attributed to pipeline creation
- Execute daily marketing operations requests (Salesforce campaign code creation, lead uploads, Eloqua lead routing updates and lead issue resolution)
- Perform regular misattribution audits to ensure leads are being scored and routed correctly
- Lead weekly Marketing Operations office hours, providing an open-door for ad-hoc team requests and knowledge sharing
- Report to and serve as a backup to the Senior Manager of Marketing Operations in fulfilling ad-hoc requests and providing strategic input to stakeholders

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing or sales operations/analyst role, or equivalent
- Experience within a corporate B2B marketing environment, preferably with the financial services and/or technology industries
- Experience with marketing, sales, and data visualization tools (preferably Eloqua, Salesforce, Tableau, 6sense, ZoomInfo, Drift)
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills: ability to identify appropriate approaches for communication and follow up without being prompted
- Proven ability to take the lead while working collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and across inter-department teams on specific projects
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to meet deadlines, multitask and manage expectations in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize requests and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- A sharp eye for detail, quality of output, and excellent organizational skills
- Microsoft Office Suite (with focus on Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must be self-motivated with the ability to learn quickly
