For this role, you will need to have a bachelor's degree with emphasis in Business Administration, Marketing, or relative fields or equivalent and 3-5 years of experience working on Customer Service, Training & Quality Analysis, on tracking & reporting progress made on set deliverables and background in Marketing, Compliance Management, Process Improvement is preferred.
Fluency in English (B2 or higher) both written and verbal communications, a third language is a plus (French or Portuguese), and have an intermediate technical skill; analytical, attentive to detail, ability to learn, computer systems quickly, intermediate Excel Skills, good knowledge on Microsoft Office package.
