Join Western Union as a Senior Specialist, Agent Compliance.**Western Union powers your pursuit.**In this role, you will provide support to Western Union Agents to align with the Western Union Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CFT) program, by assisting the North America Compliance Hotline to address Agents general Compliance inquiries, transaction monitoring support/guidance to Agents, support with Title 31 Requests and Bank Requests.**Role Responsibilities**- Respond to inquiries and questions from agents and external parties regarding Western Union's AML and anti-fraud program- Provides training and recommendations to Agents for enhancement of their transaction monitoring process, by reinforcing guidelines and requirements and assisting with the set up on Western Union's transaction monitoring platforms TransVision and Compliance Monitoring Report (CMR).- Provides assistance to Agents in responding IRS Title 31 examinations to evaluate Agent compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act- Supports Agents requirements related to their bank requests, information verification.- Document all interactions with agents and external parties in a clear and concise manner.- Maintain a strong understanding of Western Union's AML and CFT policies and procedures- Stay up-to-date on current AML and CFT trends and regulations.**Role Requirements**- University/ college degree- At least 1 year of experience in Compliance related field- Fluency in English (B2+)- Proficient computing skills with all common Office programs such as: MS Excel, Word, Outlook (but not limited to)- Availability to work between 09:00 am and 18:00 pm- Customer oriented approach and proactiveness- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills- Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail and ability to focus- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.**We make financial services accessible to humans everywhere.
