Senior Software Engineer In Cloud

Location: Costa Rica Term: Contract HTG is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to help build a cloud platform for all our products.

This person will lead with expertise in: Develop new software features, including APIs, integrations, and web interfaces.
Deliver features and updates to the infrastructure.
Supporting and contributing to software design, architecture, and enhancements.
Maintains stability of platforms, applications, services, and systems.
Strong experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs Strong experience programming with Go Experience with Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML and CSS 3-5+ years working in software development Coach engineers to develop best practices in software development May coordinate and define activities of other engineers Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Desired skills: Experience with any of the following technologies would be an asset: OTA technologies Docker and Kubernetes Bash and/or Python scripting IaC like Terraform and Helm Charts OpenAPI/Swagger ORMs, SQL and DB migrations Git workflows Jira, Agile and Scrum Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent High Tech Genesis Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
