As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be having the opportunity to:
- Lead a team of highly skilled Customer Advisors & Account Representatives who engage with Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs - defined as those businesses having annual revenues between $25-50MM), from prospecting to strategic account growth.
- Go-to-market acquisition, creating management plans, and team within assigned industry sub-verticals.
- Take ownership of Industrials & Field verticals within commercial sector and become a leading expert on supply chain practices, needs, and opportunities for SMB customers
- Determine the best go-to-market approach for Industrials & Field verticals - SMBs, including direction for solution/product development and services
- Take lead on hiring open positions on the team
- Develop and nurture Customer Advisors (sales reps
- Account Executives) as they improve their skills, processes, and tools to effectively prospect, present, close, and grow adoption of Amazon Business
- Participate in customer meetings to support Customer Advisors (sales reps) as they work with their customers
- Represent the Voice of the Customer by working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Operations, Professional Services, and Product/Tech teams. There will be an especially important relationship with Marketing, so experience here is a plus.
