We are currently looking for an experienced Reports Developer in Costa Rica. This person in this role will report to a Director within our Multichannel Solutions team. As a Reports Developer you will utilize your database skills, your knowledge of reporting tools and work extensively with technical and functional teams to generate custom reports in an external, client facing capacity.
**What you'll be doing**:
- Develop, design, and generate call center reports for end users taking highly complex data and producing user-friendly reports used to improve workflow and create operational efficiencies.
- Generate custom reports by working extensively with technical and functional teams.
- Develop complex SQL queries and Stored Procedures
- Performance tune existing SQL and Stored Procedures
- Create automated data migration processes.
- Cultivate collaborative working relationships to ensure client objectives and metrics are met.
**What skills and experience you will bring**:
- 5+ years' reports development experience
- 5+ years' professional experience with MS-SQL
- Knowledge of performance tuning strategies with SQL Server
- Interest and ability to learn new technologies, i.e., Google Cloud Platform, PowerBI, PowerShell, etc.
- Knowledge of Informix is a plus.
- Experience with reporting tools, such as Tableau, Crystal Reports, Aceyus, Exony, etc., is a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) or Microsoft Power BI is a plus.
- Knowledge of call center technologies or operations is desired.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent client communication skills
