Job Description The Senior Relationship Manager is passionate about maintaining and building long-lasting alliances with important strategic partners that improve revenue.
You will report to the Sr. Director of Strategy.
Main responsibilities will include: • Manage the daily operations for a portfolio of large strategic partnerships and develop deep subject matter expertise for each relationship • Create plans to grow important relationships while balancing risk and reward • Ensure partners achieve their commitments, track their performance and manage the relationship • Work where collaboration with the partners, sales, product, finance, leadership and other teams is important to your daily success • Manage processes related to royalty payments, billing/invoicing, negotiated contracts, data questions, and internal partner operations • Manage inbound requests from sales and product for special pricing or exceptions with partners • Work with partners to gather insights, understand current business processes, challenges, and opportunities to deliver a great partner experience • Identify opportunities to guide and manage the implementation of important projects • Produce, simple and clear story lines, slides and other deliverables relevant to audiences of all levels.
Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, internationally recognized MBA Experience of the U.S. financial services industry (credit experience) High fluency in English Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookup, formulas, conditional formatting, and functions).
Power Query, Macros, and advanced skills.
Knowledge of database management principles Additional Information This is a permanent home-based role in Costa Rica.
