JLL is seeking a Recruiter to support us with our Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) account.
This position will be a part of the JLL Talent Acquisition team, and report to the Americas Recruitment Manager.
This role is based in Costa Rica, is a hybrid opportunity, and will be an extension of the LATAM Recruiting Team.
They will primarily be recruiting within Costa Rica, but have additional oversight of Mexico, Brazil, and other Latin America countries.
**About the team**:
The mission is to provide a safe, sustainable, and efficient work environment to accommodate growth and enable our client's employees to innovate and delight customers.
GREF owns worldwide programs and services, supporting 300k corporate employees in 369 corporate buildings covering 35MM square feet.
**Role Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with HR (Human Resources) Partners, senior leaders, and managers to clarify job specifications and staffing needs to fill current and future openings.
Develop best practices and strategic recruitment plans for various entry and executive level roles as a guide for the team.
Leverage your network of colleges and universities, diversity associations, social media contacts, and employee referrals to identify and contact qualified applicants to fill positions.
Maintain relationships with stakeholders and team members.
**Handle all stages of recruiting including but not limited to**: sourcing, screening, interviewing, referrals, negotiating, offering and background check.
You will be responsible for completing every administrative part of the Recruiting process.
You will regularly analyze and report on your success and perform with a high sense of urgency.
Education and experience
Bachelor's degree
5-7 years of recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting.
Must be fluent written and verbal in Spanish, Portuguese and English.
Knowledge of Costa Rica, Mexico and Brazil legal labor requirements desired.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience with Talent Acquisition technology trends and tools, including, but not limited to Workday, Avature, LinkedIn and Excel or similar tools are preferred.
Proven record of accomplishment working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong sourcing experience.
