In this truly global role We'll be looking to you to work within the Quality Assurance department supporting and working with various financial crime compliance teams.
**Role Responsibilities**
- Conducting research & complex analysis on issues concerning patterns and trends associates with risks such money laundering.
- Performing Quality Assurance evaluations and assist in designing, implementing, and executing Quality Assurance initiatives.
- Providing guidance in the development of procedures, defining and implementing quality assurance standards, and identifying training requirements.
**Role Requirements**
- Higher education and experience in Compliance.
- In depth understanding of compliance processes and systems.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written (90%).
- Experience of MS Office programs, and flexibility to adapt and able to manage multiple assignments while working independently.
- self-motivated team player who has strong communication skills as well as facilitation, analytical and decision-making skills.
