**Senior QA Analyst (Hybrid)**
**Heredia, Costa Rica**
SGF Global is looking for a Senior QA Analyst, for IT enterprise in Heredia, Costa Rica.
**Requirements**:
- University degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years successfully working as QA/Testing Analyst, Test Lead, Business System Analyst or related experience.
- Experience understanding requirements, documenting business processes, creating workflows, writing technical specifications, defining test scenarios/test cases, etc.
- Solid understanding of QA testing methodologies and practices with a proven ability create test plans, write effective test cases that provide in depth coverage of functionality.
- Strong planning and organizational skills. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal, written and technical communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- 3+ years of experience in testing automation
- Very Good experience in development using JavaScript or similar tools.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies (daily scrum calls, planning and review meetings, etc)
- Experience with Agile project tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Experience working in Supply Chain considered a great plus.
- Experience in C3 development considered a great plus.

**Responsabilities**:
- Coordinates the test activities for SIT, UAT, Regression, in coordination with Project Manager and Business Analyst when required
- Prepares status updates reports for project managers and test leads on test results, defects, test preparation and execution progress and other testing metrics
- Works together with developers, architects, business users and BAs to understand functional requirements and define and document testing requirements.
- Design, implement, and execute manual test cases for different test phases including functional, system integration, regression and UAT, to provide in depth coverage of functionality.
- Analyzes issues found to determine root causes and provide detailed issues reports or enhancement suggestions to the technical team. Familiar with defect management process and tools.
- Provides status updates, supports test management tools, follow QA methodology and best practices.
- Provides mentoring, training, support, and backup for other QA team members. Assists and provides direction to others in using new techniques and in solving together complex technical problems. (If applies)
- Applies best practices and standards to enhance the QA process and ensure on-time, efficient and high-quality QA results. (If applies)
