To further enhance our offerings, we are looking for a Senior Project Specialist with expertise in partnership management, particularly in the travel and hospitality sector.
Position Overview:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. eSIM Partnerships: Identify and reach out to telecom companies for eSIM partnerships, allowing us to offer eSIMs with global or country-specific roaming solutions to our customers.
2. Hotel Partnerships: Establish partnerships with hotel distribution services (e.g., Expedia, Booking Group) and hotel groups to secure competitive rates for our customers and generate commissions.
3. Airlines and Car Rental Partnerships: Negotiate and manage partnerships with airlines and car rental companies to enhance our travel offerings.
4. Due Diligence: Conduct comprehensive assessments and due diligence on potential partners to ensure alignment with our strategic goals and customer benefits.
5. Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations to secure mutually beneficial partnership agreements, ensuring they align with our mission and objectives.
6. Project Management: Oversee the implementation of partnerships, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration.
7. Compliance and Regulatory Oversight: Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure that partnerships comply with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
8. Relationship Management: Foster strong and collaborative relationships with partners, ensuring continued cooperation and addressing any issues that may arise.
9. Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure partnership success and regularly report on progress to senior management.
10. Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to enhance partnerships, explore expansions, and drive customer value.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field. Advanced degrees and industry certifications are advantageous.
- Proven experience in partnership management within the travel or hospitality industry.
- Demonstrated success in negotiating and managing partnerships with telecom companies, hotels, airlines, and car rental firms.
- Strong industry connections and relationships with key players.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.

**Salary**: ¢1,328,651.75 - ¢1,860,112.45 per month
