**The Senior Project Manager **is responsible for supporting the Strategy Director for the Shared Services organization in the assessment, development, deployment, coordination, and evaluation of projects, programs, and long-term success of strategic initiatives that align with our key objectives across the enterprise and in the local industry/market in which we operate to ensure completion on schedule in pursuit of delivering value/business outcomes. This role works with cross-functional teams within the Global Shared Services organization along with other Equifax Business Units and COEs to deploy strategic initiatives in areas such as RP+A, Analytics, Quality, Knowledge Mgmt., Process Engineering, Technology, and Security.
The Senior Project Manager will help sustain mutually beneficial relationships for the Global Shared Services Organization, be it corporate or local, to drive delivery of key initiatives/projects, facilitate communications and support activities amongst stakeholders, and leverage opportunities related to strategic programs, business development and demand generation of services, supply for higher value add talent requirements from the ecosystem, engagement with industry, branding and company positioning.
The Senior Project Manager also contributes cross-functionally with strategy design and project development, management of risks, measurement and reporting, anticipation, negotiation, continuous improvement & best practice implementation.
**What you'll do**:
The Senior Project Manager will contribute to ideation & solution design, and lead project management and change management either directly or by partnering with cross-functional team members. Areas of Focus / Deliverables:
Program/Project Management
- Be accountable for implementing end-to-end strategic initiatives, projects, and programs, and be responsible for organizing the cross-functional support, change management, and resources needed to accomplish goals. Identify potential risks, evaluate, and ensure readiness for project execution.
- Provide visibility & track metrics of progress on active projects regularly to upper management and other stakeholders including project prioritization and recommendations for enhanced productivity & continuous improvement.
- Participate proactively in developing and maintaining team standards, tools, and best practices. Establishes procedures and plans to promote the adoption of solutions and their sustainability while ensuring efficient use of resources and alignment with strategic goals.
- Actively participate in any current Shared Services initiatives as requested.
Shared Services Strategy Planning / Project Implementation
- Support strategy design and project implementation toward value-added services to get ahead of new BU/COE demands and drive greater operational efficiency.
- Support teams to advance technology initiatives and adopt new ways of working and delivering service; including strategies to expand the scope of our services while leveraging shared services industry benchmarking to validate how others are organizing to drive process and technology change across locations and teams, and what most progressive organizations are doing related to scope, automation, geographic location sourcing, and other best practices.
Local ecosystem Stakeholder development
- Support strategy design to identify opportunities for new project development which contributes to addressing the current and future needs of the SSC.
- The Senior Program Manager will support the representation of the SSC at local ecosystem discussions, which might entail connecting and maintaining strong relationships with respective industry chambers and key stakeholders (CINDE, COMEX, CamSCAT, AMCHAM, Academia, local municipalities, among others), as well as supporting strategic initiatives within the country/region and implementing internal and external communication strategies for the organization to lead and strengthen the reputation of Equifax and its brands, ensuring unified, consistent, and positive messages.
**What experience you need**:
- University degree in any Business Administration, Communications, or Organizational
- Fully bilingual English/Spanish: C1 minimum (BELT)
- 10+ years of experience in program/project management, business operations, management consulting, or related discipline of complex projects in evolving environments
- 5+ years experience in development and/or operation within the shared services and/or BPO industry.
- 5+ demonstrated experience in partnering with external enablers of the shared services and/or BPO industry including government, academic, and/or chambers.
- Certification in Project Management methodology.
