**Job Description**:
Our **client service delivery team** is seeking a talented Senior Project Manager.
This role will work closely with all departments during all stages of acquiring and
onboarding enterprise customers.
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for
working closely with our internal and external groups to ensure the customer's smooth
transition from Sales to ongoing Account Development lifecycle.
It's required that the **Senior Project Manager** be strong in communication, both verbal
and written.
In this role, the need to balance business needs and client needs is critical,
have strong abilities to grasp new technologies and acquire new skills through
have a balance of experienced project management and technical implementation.
**What You'll Be Doing**
- Liaise with initiative sponsors and key stakeholders to define and execute against process requirements/outcomes
- Partner with stakeholders across organizational boundaries to integrate key touchpoints that are critical to initiative objectives
- Manage high level timelines, and task level detail to drive prioritization and delivery against commitments
- Proactively manage risk/issues impacting initiative commitments
- Champion sponsor/stakeholder engagement model and status/communication cadence
- Host lessons learned/retrospectives during project closure to continuing maturing standards and practices approach to project management
- Own the customer relationship and effectively communicate project expectations to team, project members, and management
- Define, document, and manage project scope, goals and deliverables for lifecycle of project.
- Coordinate delivery of the project with Client Services, Production, Account Development, Member Support, and Operations teams
- Actively manage quality of deliverables, dependencies, and outcomes to ensure that the project objectives are achieved on time and to client satisfaction
- Constantly communicate with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.
- Build a knowledge base of each client's business, organization, and objectives
- Ensure project documents are complete, detailed, current, and stored appropriately
- Contribute to team success by continually striving for improvements in process, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
**Qualifications**:
**What Your Background Looks Like**
- 3 - 5 years Project Management experience in a client facing role
- Expert-level ability in managing all aspects of the project management lifecycle for multiple projects at one time
- Advanced knowledge of project management tools
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Jira and Confluence experience preferred
- Project Management certification strongly preferred
- Strong ability to adapt and address unique challenges in collaborative andcreative ways
- Detail oriented and able to thrive in a high growth, fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of technology platforms between client and internal development teams
- Demonstrable ability to optimize, document, and implement process changes and improvements.
