Overview:
We seek to hire a Senior Project Manager to join our construction team at Everty. The role will be responsible for managing construction projects, monitoring and controlling the 10 areas of knowledge of project management: scope, time, cost, risks, quality, resources, communications, procurement, integration and stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare invitations to bid from the design consulting, providers, and construction companies.
- Evaluate bids and other necessary documentation.
- Review BoQs during the bid process.
- Collaborate with comparisons tables and all the documentation during the bidding process.
- Follow up on CFIA procedures and other permits with the consultant.
- Follow up on the project schedule.
- Review Payments requests and follow up the process.
- Review and analyze change requests submitted by consultants, contractors, or providers.
- Support in the coordination of the survey and preparation of land registry plans for affiliated farms (if required).
- Follow up and support in the legal and technical issues of the condominium constitution (if required).
- Provide support in the sales process with technical information that may be required or coordinate possible changes that are generated from said process.
- Support the delivery of premises / units to future tenants / owners (if required).
- Coordinate the preliminary and final reception of the work by the technical consultants.
- Coordinate the final delivery of the project to the administration.
- Follow up and tracking of the documents log (e.g., RFI, CO, Notice, Submittals, etc.)
- Coordinate inspection with the contractors and consultants.
- Follow up and tracking of the quality, environmental, health and safety plan control plan.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is civil or construction engineering.
- Over 10 years of experience in working on construction projects.
- Experience in preparing and managing tendering process.
- Experience in performing design review.
- Experience of performing project administrative tasks.
- Understands what projects have in common and their strategic role in how organizations succeed, learn, and change.
- Works well under pressure and is comfortable with change and complexity in a dynamic environment.
- Can shift readily between the "big picture" and the small-but-crucial details.
- Good verbal and written communication skills and English knowledge.
