Functional Responsibilities:
- Ensure readiness for change across business by ensuring effectiveness of change management programs that will result in the early adoption of the new solution and business processes
- Utilize negotiation and influencing skills to drive project team and executives to make decisions in a timely manner to deliver project as to agreed scope and schedule.
- Lead and drive issue resolution, risk identification and mitigation, change and dependency management.
Escalate any risks / roadblocks with appropriate level of urgency.
- Strengthen relationships across business by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus and achieve objectives.
- Leverage business relationship management skills and the ability to understand and anticipate the needs of the respective business stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate demand and capacity management reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage or coordinate, as appropriate, internal, and external meetings, by identifying agenda items, sending meeting summaries, as well as coordinating follow-up with stakeholders to ensure execution of agreed-upon actions and effective flow of relevant information across the team and its stakeholders.
- Manage the team's mailboxes to ensure timely responses to the different stakeholders
- Manage and maintain up to date the team's SharePoint site, for both internal and external users
- Coordinate the development of materials for internal and external engagements, such as Team Meetings, Check Ins, Town Halls and other ad hoc presentations (as needed)
- Ensure that all project deliverables and documentation are archived appropriately and in a timely manner, as well as satisfy established project review processes
- Coordinate changes to the JIRA platform to improve internal and external customers user experience, while minimizing impact to the operations.
- Oversee the team's SCRUM process to ensure its efficiency
- Run overall teams SCRUM meetings of roughly 20 team members
- Oversee the Finance Learning program to ensure alignment with the People organization and the Finance organization goals.
- Oversee the development of e-learnings for business stakeholders
- Track, monitor and report out on team's KPIs
Scope / Supervision and Interaction
- Makes decisions appropriate for level of responsibility, raises concerns to the appropriate level of management and keeps management informed of activities
- Relies on management for key decision making
- Receives new assignments from manager / senior team members to lead execution of
- Reviews deliverables of direct reports as needed
- Adapts style to differing audiences and often advises others on difficult matters.
- Manages 2 -3 direct resources to deliver on stated objectives
- 7+ years of work experience in some combination of the following: strategy, financial analysis and/or project management
- Undergraduate BA/BS degree in business, finance/economics, management or similar field; MBA a plus
- Strong analytical, problem solving and creative skills with an ability to exercise sound judgment and make timely supportable decisions
- Proven experience in setting priorities and assuming responsibility for work and work products
- Proven experience in delivering insights to management in a clear and concise manner
- Proven experience in data visualization and story telling
- Proficiency in Power BI is a plus
- Experience working with Jira platform is desirable
